BYE has introduced ISO9001 since July , 1996 and got the QA certificate issued by Guangdong Quality Certification Centre in March,1997, after half-year introduction and implementation, and obtained the certificate of GB/T19001-1994-ISO9001:1994 standard conducted by GACC in April, 1997. The quality system was continuously improved , with the standard gradually set up and working flow optimized. The design quality , manufacture and service were getting standardized and steadily improved. The product quality management has stridden forward from TQM to more integrated management system . And a good supply-sell chain has been set up between its suppliers and customers. BYE passed the review of the certificate of ISO9001 in July , 2000 and the assessment of Improvement of Metering Examination System and became Level One Measurement Inspection Unit

　　With improved Inspection Measurement equipments , our Inspection and Test Center has more than 30 inspection engineers and 150 varieties of testing equipments and can perform short circuit breaking test and all testing items of high and low voltage.

environment management system
In pursuit of a harmony of industrial development and environment protection, BYE has been improving managing and environment achievement at the same time. We have been making efforts on environment improvement and control systematically ever since we passed the authentication of environment management system ISO14001：1996 in Dec., 1999. With an annual investment of more than 1 million RMB on the environment protection, we have been dedicating to improve the production site and community environment, support the environment protection policy issued by the government, decrease or eliminate the environment pollution, construct civilized industrial zone, and create a wonderful modern life. In Jan. 2002, we planned and implemented OHSAS18001：1999 as a trial, aiming at caring more of our staff, strengthen labor protection and optimize operation condition. In addition, the integration of OHSAS18001 & ISO14001 was completed by the end of Oct. 2002 and passed the certification of China Certification Center for Quality Mark in Apr. of 2003. All the three systems including quality, environment and safety & sanitation will be integrated highly, systematically, and organically, and realize the unified management and authentication.
