Development
History
The development history of BYE is regarded as the epitome
of China¡¯s Reform and Opening-up. Its aim is to be the
leading corporation in power transmission and distribution
industry of China, build up a one-hundred-year corporation,
strike for a world-class brand in power transmission,
distribution and transformation field and become Chinese
Siemens and world¡¯s BYE.

In December 2004,
Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. was
transformed into a stock company to make preparations
for public company. |

In June 2004, under joint venture with
Japan Toshiba Company, BYE established Guangzhou Toshiba
Baiyun Automation Co., Ltd., which becomes one of
few automation companies that can undertake turnkey
projects. |

In May 2004, under joint venture with
Japan Toshiba and Mitsubishi Company, BYE established
Guangzhou Toshiba -Baiyun -Mitsubishi Power and Electron
Co., Ltd |

In May 2002, the joint venture company
with Toshiba, Guangzhou Toshiba Baiyun Electrical
Equipment Co., Ltd was founded. BYE began its first
step toward global cooperation. |

In 2000, BYE was entitled as ¡° New and
High-Tech Enterprise¡± by Guangzhou Science and Technology
Committee. |

Since 1996, BYE successively passed
authentication of ISO9001 Quality Management System,
ISO14004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001
Occupational Health and Safety System. |

In 1994, BYE introduced a number of
advanced CNC machining equipment to establish a solid
foundation for the development of BYE. |

In 1989, Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Equipment
Factory was established. BYE¡¡began to come into the
electric business. |

under the government policy, the Hu¡¯s family began
pursuing their hard business just from a small blacksmith
